So my little brother Ian is graduating this year! Although I guess I probably shouldn’t call him that any more- he’s about a foot taller than I am, and most people don’t figure that he’s younger than me.
To say that we were going for nontraditional senior portraits might be putting it mildly. As for the accordion? He’ll tell you it’s my fault, but I don’t know. I may or may not have been responsible for setting him up with an amazing accordion teacher one day. But it’s absolutely not my fault that he took like two classes and and wound being stupidly good at it. That accordion actually has a history to it- it was my great-grandfather’s, who played it at my parent’s wedding; Ian worked at it & played it at my brother’s wedding last year. Good stuff. And everyone knows that the accordion is the sexiest instrument alive, anyways.
awesome set of portraits for sure. when i was a senior it was not like this :)
LOVE THESE! Definitely an old soul… great work capturing the sexiness of what is known as the accordion :)
these are so cool! i love all the unique location ideas, the hat toss is my fav!
oh my gosh these are fun! I especially like the ones with the accordian player
These are fabulous! What a neat idea for a senior session. I love the set in the pool hall, they look so old.
I saw your link when I was looking for fellow OpLove photographers in our area. These photos WOW me! You’re not only technically skilled, but a real artist. LOVE them!
